I personally think these lots look very good, not overly outstanding like most of simgoober's lots but none the less these lots I will DL just for the simple fact most people create lots to make their cities better, prettier and easier to work with. continue....

I like the challenge of the nimby effect and would always consider any other lot like this. Please everyone judge fairly, don't like it, don't DL it. Peg is absolutely right, everyone has an opinion so don't bash anyone. Just comment and go on with your life. Great lot and great ideas Simgoober!!

funny and useful lots, although i think the "queer steer" might be a tad bit offensive especially since one of the definitions of steer is "an ox castrated before sexually maturity." hmmm...

none of the negative energy here is directed towards "al's gun shop". so it seems that guns are more acceptable than anything having to do with sex. yeah, that makes sense. id rather have a world full of hot, sleazy sex than guns and violence. good job SG!

I think members should rate how good the model has been made in the BAT and put all other thoughts aside just for one second.

Well cool! As perfection belies reality, these BATS makes a nice addition to any ghetto or slum that is striving to appear truer to the real world. Very high quality Buildings that are every bit as gritty/deteriorated as you would expect their real-world counterparts to be. Full 10!
