I like 'em. Being tattooed myself, I'm fine with it being in the NIMBY :) Note: for other NIMBY BAT's like "Bike Shops", "Glass Shops" "Small Steel Fabrication Shops(like fences and things, not industrial)", "rundown car stereo shops" anything you'd find by 'the old railroad tracks' :)

SG, this really is disturbing. Simtropolis should NEVER contain anything like this. not only are the BATs not up to your usual level, their content is over the line. SC4 dosen't contain adult content because it was designed to be an E-Rated game, and it should stay that way.

I must visit The Queer Steer! Is it a gay country bar or a sex shop or what? You have 3 choices with these..1) Don't download if they offend. 2) Download and bulldoze if they don't work out for you, or if you're like me you'll plop away and even make them "historical" when they grow! Cheers!

BTW, I saw on the news here in Boston, that if you call the 900 number in the SC4 Install Guide....you are connected to a sex line! Now I know where the calls are being routed!

I think some people here should just go out for a drive in their city, and count how many of these lots they find. If you want a realistic city, you need these. If you want a perfect utopia, or simply a world without NIMBY effects, simply don't use these.

@Bookworm: Actually, the game DOES contain "adult" stuff, like exhibitionists and other crime animations that you can see on the streets. Just keep your eyes open, and you may be surprised about the amount of "offensive" content...

As SG said, if you don't like them, don't download them. There shouldn't be anyone under 13 on this site anyway. The 1950s are over, unfortunately some people don't seem to realize it and feed their ultraconservative opinions to everyone. Kudos to SG for these lots.

I wasn't to comment about these BATs first, but after reading the pagelong comments I have to add mine as well. Just seems right. I am glad that you have made them, and I will use them also. These are realism BATs that Maxis had to leave out (as many others) but can be offered by Batters. Thanks SG!

I think people should demand an apology for being called "heathens and perverts". I'm a Christian and find such name calling distasteful and offensive. As for the lots, great job. They're realistic

SG...had to tell you...downloaded these into my game...the first thing that grew was the Queer Steer, right across the street from the jiffy lube!!! Coincidence??? BTW...the rainbow needs brighter colors...looks a bit pastel for a gay bar! How about some more? Maybe "Bambi's Bottoms Up Bar"???

Excellent work as always. Realism is what I strive for in this game and you have provided some beautifully-made tools necessary for this... even if you have prematurely ushered in the coming of the apocalypse in doing so. 10/10.
