Very interesting building ! Thank you for sharing this post modern office, it is quite original and the lack of trees is not at all a problem, this stresses the pure ligne of the building (eh eh architect 's talk)

I think the colors and style blends in well with the maxis euro buildings. The base on the outside of the buildings needs a better texture though. And imo the lot is too big. Maybe you could offer a small lot and a large lot?

It looks sort of like a downtown marketplace, or port building, or something.

This is a nice model in a very contemporary style, for a (first) upload it is very good. Quite realistic, it could stand anywhere here in Holland. Also great work on the interior.
