OK, it's now updated. And after testing it, it looks like the garbage pollution problem and the $50,000 problem have been rectified. Just download and install the new version to update. And yes, the file is a DAT file.

awesome.! realistic looking, yet very hightech.. and weird.. what do they produce? :D just what i need in my cities...

again i want praise this: its growing in my city now and i m more than satisfied.. it fits extremely well to the original ingame maxis buildings and enriches my high tec areas.... i hope the xenotek storehouse or what its named (which i downloaded also) will soon start to grow somewhere in my city... many thx for this building... and its extremely underrated :>
