Cool building and cool story. Though the bottom half could use some more detail, great use of nightlighting however.

And yeah to be honest its the base that spoils it. The top half of the bldg is great. The base is just too big.

With a little more detail on the bottom half, and some work on the lot, this would be an excellent bat. I like the size of the base. You did a real good job, i like it. Please take this as Constructive critisism, it has alot of potential!

Update: This is actually going to be part of a set of buildings. A downtown complex with this and 4 other (and smaller) buildings of matching style. And hopefully a transit center (if I can figure out how to do it) but If I can't figure it out, I'll just make a fifth building out of it.

Does the base have nitelites? Also, can you just make a version of this building with just the center of the building? 9 The middle tower, shown in the seconds pic with nitelites ) 10/10
