  1. 300 zagckza parkway

way too bright on top. and lighting is a little sparse. dunno what else to say, I'm nitpicking and overall it's good.
  2. Cahederon Tower

i was going to say textures and details are weak. really nice otherwise.
  3. Deconstructivist WalMart

this is one of my least fav from you... try and use more attributes of walmart. like this is multiple stories? wal marts never are. and usually walmarts are mostly beige w/ accents. anyway.
  4. Urban Farm

delboysim :: it's not seeded. just a good hydroponics system will do. hdorriker :: IM me. i got a few suggestions for this. including that big brown thing. Hi guys!
  5. Holyoke Offices

not my favorite. still will get a six. this one angle would look great on a real building, but looks weird in game.
  6. Alliance Bank

-1 for no plopping. and -1 for the funky brick texture. other than that, i love the way this building looks. but i might add some more to the ground. say, and elevated concrete bit or a sculpture to take all the room.
  7. Darlington Towers

yeah. honestly the solar panels look a bit wonky. they're facing the wonrg way too (the sun never moves in sim city so they might as well be right).
  8. Mekadrachon Manor

needs to grow. but cool stuff anyway.
  9. Kohdat Modular Homes Series

ah, the future is brutal. sweet stuff.
  10. Ourboros Complex Towers One and Two

great stuff. I love the orwell look.
  11. Capitol Temple

    awesome. freaking awesome.
  12. Brutalist Architecture Discussion Thread!

hdorriker :: I must disagree. I'm a student at CSU, and you managed to find the most unfortunate photo of an otherwise 'ok' building. I agree that the front is a bit bland. but the side with the large open glass wall is really quite nice. Of course the inside is really where that building shines. it feels open and luminous. the light in there is really quite amazing, and perfect for a library. The west facing 30 (guessing 30) foot high window is perfect for the colorado views. What I really like, though, is the new facade of the Lory center right across the way. All those new buildings match so well.
  13. Ourboros Center

wish they weren't landmarks. but cool anyway.
  14. Holyoke Offices

i like your stuff a lot.
  15. The Tycho Apartments

really fantastic. i love the neo brutalism.
