The most iconic building of the fictitious city of Kohtohkoh, Ourboros Center is a 70-story, orwellian structure that rises amidst downtown. Built as a public works project by the socialist regime, Ourboros Center features space to house some of the gargantuan bureaucracy as well as high-desity commercial services and community areas. Originally, the building was planned to function independently from the city's power and water systems, as a form of "bright green" sustainable development. However, budget problems forced the city to forego that part of the plan.
