Not really excited at all for SC13 so.. NAM it is. I am slightly more interested to find out what the hype about the new NAM is now though? -

Looks like everything is connected there.. so it looks like you just need to build another source of power. A windmill or two would probably be sufficient to solve this problem but you might want to build another power plant if you're going to expand the city any more. -

It's more of a harbor of sorts. I tried to make a wharf (as there's clearly a wharf on the map) but I didn't have anything for it that wasn't modern. -
