INTRODUCTION

This is a second version of the Sham Wan Towers, which features several improvements. The original version had a non-functional road BATted through the building, and its stats were pretty problematic. New stats have been included in another download, but this was not a really user-freindly approach.

Now Sham Wan Towers are back, and this time they come in 5 different versions, 3 of which are transit-enabled! The building, too, has undergone some changes. The BATted road has gone, and some details have been added. Now the building features two access roads to built-in parking space, and if you use the transit-enabled versions, these roads (well, one road and one street, actually) will connect to your existing network!

Right now I'm working on a pack of flats and apartments from Tseun Wan district 4 or 6 2x2 buildings. I have the Arch in mind as well as Manhattan Heights, The Caribbean Coast, the Serranto and a couple others.

Wow great work and great plans! Cant wait for it to get available on stex, maybe you could make some Guangzhou or shenzhen buildings as well?

It's good. but you could make it much thinner. i don't have that much room in a jam-packed city with 800,000 sims.

Great work on the BAT itself, but its a bit unbalanced, it produces far too much air&water polution and far too much garbage compared to other buildings in the game, but aside that its very good
