Hey guys, My city is roughly around 125,000, predominantly medium wealth residential. I have a good mix between medium and high wealth commercial, and a booming high-tech industry. I can't seem to get rid of high wealth residential! I set their tax bracket up to 20%, medium wealth near 0.0%, and still, high wealth seems to move in. Safety, education, fire protection, environment, etc are all maximized. Any suggestions?

O yea, I just noticed you put August 8th is when I started the cj. Actually, it was September 8th.

Hi, I have just started a new region and I just need some help starting it off. I use the cheats for no water (howdryiam) power (fightthepower) and unlock all rewards (you don't deserve it). i also use the super demand modd, which doesnt seem to help. What should I use or do, to successfully start a city and see some growth? Thanks, -bbfan02-
