I'd have to agree with Deepstrike and the others. The BAT itself is great but the concept is just disgusting. I have nothing wrong with talking about sex but pornography is just wrong. First it was the dance clubs, then the escort service and now the playboy mansion! Come on SG!

It looks great. Very nice model. Oh and BTW, all those moralistic guys that are bitchin' about this and other bats should really get a life. If they are SO offended by this one don't download it and of course don't look at it (reading the bat title should be enough warning).

Damn it folks! Don't you realize that this is his FIFTH lot that deals with porn? One or two is okay, but after a while it gets tiresome. Also, this lot is exactly the same as the Mayors' Seaside Villa, except for a colour change. If he NEEDED to make this, couldn't it have been different?

@trixin: Actually, there is nothing at all pornographic about the lot. Barely even the concept There has been a series of farms, so why not a series of lots that make a city more realistic. Ok, maybe a playboy mansion is a bit OTT, but there is nothing wrong with these "sleaze" lots.

I don't think its even possible for any Simcity 4 lot to be "offensive". If your getting offensive over a series of pictures made up of pixels, then you seriously need to get a life. Dear Simgoober: I love your work. I have yet to be unsatisfied from you. :)

To all those folks whining about the quantity of SG's NIMBY lots: You paid your subscription to Goober Enterprises like the rest of us. If you're not happy with his work as of late and don't thing you're getting what you paid for, ask him for your money back. I'm sure he'll do so.

Wait... This just in: you never paid SimGoober for his work. In that case he's just a guy online posting the lots he wanted to make in his spare time and doesn't owe you anything. The act of downloading other lots doesn't give you the right to dictate to the creator what you want him to make.

SG are you doing this on purpose? Your "sex" lots have gotten more reviews than even the best NDEX lots, I think your doing this for publicity aren't you. Clever bastard! Haha anyway it's a great house. Nice job! :D

I don't mind the concept but the BAT itself could've been better. It's way too similar to the Mayors' Villa. It doesn't really look like the playboy mansion either...

Also, I think that this is one "sex lot" too many. The dance clubs were nice but this has gone too far...
