Gorgeous, but I personally modded mine so that they'd only grow in the NY and Houston sets: they look really out of place in a Victorian or European setting, being as they're pretty standard 1950s American tract houses.

Hey great houses!!! Is there a way you could make these R$$ as well as R$? o yeah and some of the driveways will not show up

After some gametesting, I think that these are too big for their lots (as is the case with the Claridge and the Swedish Villas). It's a shame, because all three of them are gorgeous, but they're just too large to be realistic middle-class single-family homes, IMO.

I do not think they are too large they just need to be tweaked here and there, these are something i have wanted for a while now

I must say that I agree with slightlyslack... in the game they are much larger than the games middle class houses and look really unrealistic... they would look much better if they were smaller. However, they are really nice...

Good work! However, the Berwick small neighbourhood is showing a large and small brown box on the largest magnification only for me.
