Hmm. For some reason, when i place it it begs for water even though its watered. Some time later it becomes black and abandoned. Hmmm...

I tried to post the dependancies, but ran out of room. There is nothing out of the ordinary; a flora pack and some parking lot textures, which I use on most my lots. And do watch out for the delivery truck!

I am completely new to Simtropolis, I have just registered. I have used countless mods from this amazing site before but never thought to register. Your my favourite uploader, Simgoober, as your lots/BATs (whichever this is) are simply outstanding. I have only downloaded 3 dependencies so would you mind telling me or updating the description with all the dependencies. Thank You. That was my first comment :-)
