1*1 and high wealth, great, but maybe too much high wealth building will be in my city, but still great, can i change them to medium wealth? for my own use? Thanks 10/10

These look great. I love the 4 styles. These houses are a great addition to any city.

Great design, high wealth no. People with money don't spend it on such a common lot unless it is on the shores of Lake Tahoe (or such). Better at R$$.

rp2005--your comment would make some sense if SC4/RH allowed certain high wealth sims to own more than one residence. Since it doesn't, these are completely inappropriate as R$$$.

inappropraite as american R$$$ probably, because everything is so much bigger there. youd be amazed the price houses like that will go for in england. and since they are UK models, methinks R$$$ is perfect :)

It has nothing to do with location. Small houses cost a lot in any big city or crowded country. But in those same places, larger houses cost even more. It is all relative and SC4/RH levels are also relative to each other. At least you didn't try to claim they were second (weekend) properties!

I really like these cottages, but is there a way to limit them to low density residential? I know they are small lot, but they look out of place in my urban townhouse neighbourhoods...
