Futursitic and spectacular yet absolutely credible! Many jobs, too. I just love the details like that diagonal parking lot. Only the lawn texture looks a tad artificial IMHO. But all in all, your industrial BATs are all winners. Thx!

Looks wonderful and credible as others have stated. I hope the tax revenue is realistic (unrealisitc being something that unfortunately plagues many of the STEX Industrial lots)!

Absolutely wonderful building and definately one of the best. My only complaint is that it may be TOO good for a growable. There is nothing worse than a beautiful building becoming commonplace throughout a city resulting in the ultimate decline in value of the building. Can you make it ploppable?

Have to agree with parmenio...awesome job but I'd like to see it as a ploppable. Seeing a bunch of these in my industrial area would make it seem less "special".

Can you just imagine the sims coming to town. And then turning a corner and seeing a "condos for sale sign in front of this building???(hint, hint). So how about a condo vesion!!!??? PLEEEESE!! Pretty Please?!?!?
