    Thanks for the comments. Slightlyslack: I won't be releasing any other version of this, I'm sorry if it doesn't suit your buildings, but I designed it to fit in the building I'm currently working in.

    I made this for my next project, and thought maybe someone could findit useful too. The texture is not included, but you can use yourfavourite metal texture on them. It's designed so you can use the Array tool in it to get any stairs the height you want. Don't need to credit me for using it, you are free to use and modify it in any way you want.

    Thank you all for your comments, really :-) About that lamp post, those are added by the game (look carefully and you'll see they are on the street and not on the lot), I have no idea how to get rid of them.

    Now your sims can enjoy the wonders of Imax cinema technology in this high-tech theatre modelled after the one in Madrid, Spain. Updated: Landmark version now has jobs, added growable version. Building Facts: Imax Madrid features 3 different projection systems: The Omnimax uses a900 sqr meters curved screen, giving the spectator the "being-there"feeling. However, when that system is not being used, the curved screenraises and reveals another 600 sqr meters flat screen behind. This flat screen is used for "normal" Imax movies and Imax 3D movies,the ones that require special goggles to see the objects floating inthe air. Lot Info: Thereare 2 different versions, one is a 5x5 ploppable with jobs, you canfind it in your landmark list. The other is a 5x5 CS$$$ growable. Install: You can install the growable, the ploppable, or both versions.Each version comes in its own folder, so you only have to unzip the oneyou want into your plugins folder (or both of them), plus the SC4Modelfile, which is common for both.

    Thank you all for your comments. The buildings are modelled after the real height, but they seem small in the game as they aren't scaled up. I didn't scale them because they lose part of the "leaning effect", so I prefeared them to be slighty smaller.

    Puerta de Europa (a.k.a KIO Towers) in Madrid are one of the most unique buildings you can possibly find. Built in 1996 they are the only leaning skyscrapers in the world. Their problematic construction was stopped for about 5 years, but when ended, they became a famous picture of Madrid. Now you can have them in your city too and break with the boring vertical buildings monotony. Lot Info: The zip includes a 2x3 lot, that works as a landmark with jobs. Please take note that these buildings extent "out" of their lots, so do not place them too close other high buildings, or you might get a bad looking effect. I reccomend leaving at least 4 tiles between the two towers. NOTE: I couldn't find any picture of the real roof, and the only thing I know is that they both have a helipad.
