About This File

The SeaView Tower is a luxury residential tower, with a nice view of the sea, a swimming pool, and a large underground parking complex.  It houses 2,800 high-wealth occupants and has no monthly cost.  Some Sims like it so much, they buy permanent residences here!

Two versions are included - a ploppable landmark (the Modd Squad has not yet discovered how to make truly functional residential plops) and a growable R

I don't think this building needs any more tweaking! Its perfect as it is, but if you want a lot change, open up the LE, and do it! Simple as that!

NIIICE! Has design aspects that make me think of World Tower here in Sydney, which I'm a big fan of. So obviously this rates highly from me.

It's rare that I choose to download a tower, but this is one stunning building - a 'must have'

The building model itself is incredibly well done, but the lot texturing is a bit bland. I'd like to see more than just plaza tiles and a parking lot. I'll look ingame before rating though. One thing's for certain - Oneil has outdone himself this time.

AMAZING!!!! 10/10, but i think there is a slight problem, and i dont if its just my game or what. But i think there is an in-destructable bug in it. It dissapeared right after it was built and it wouldnt let me get rid of the base texture lot that was left over. hmmm... anyways, good job!!!

Was this the updated version? In other words, what was the lot size? Also ... ploppable or growable?

It was the new 6x4 version, and it was growable. i did some test on it in game, and if it grows next to something and you want to delete whatever it si next to the lot, upon deletion, it will delete the building itself of the sea view lot, but leaves the base lot un-destructable.

Hmmm ... that's extremely odd; I thought I had avoided that issue. Well, the easy way to get rid of the lot is to lay streets down where the lot was. Then when you bulldoze the streets, the props and everything underneath the tiles they are on will be gone.
