Awesome!!! I never seen this at the stex before. I have heard of Tim Hortons before. Great to have a variety of where our Sims can eat. I will use this a lot. Thanks a lot Bud.

Oh yes Tim Hourtons, I just had one of their donuts today(My mom got some from her trip to Canada) and I have to say that it's good (both the donut and the building).10/10

Fantastic! I'm from western Canada--where THs are fewer on the ground--but being now in Ontario, I can't escape them! Time to inflict them on my Sims too!

Nice =) When I was younger, I often stayed with my aunt in Garden City (suburb of Detroit), and there was a K-Mart, Arby's, and Tim Horton's right across the street. Always good for breakfasts =) Nice job with this BAT!
