    Introducing the old rickety "Magoo Enterprises" building. Just like a lot of buildings in rundown parts of major cities, it too has the big outset, un-even windows. This BAT building may not look pretty but offers TONS O' JOBS! My very first functional lot. All you have to do is copy all the files to the Plugins folder and start zoning. This is my very first functional lot with jobs so there may be a few bugs in it and it's also my first growable lot too. It is a $$ I-M lot. Bugs: Only known bug is for it to cover streets, however it doesn't change the gameplay.(doing research on it) Enjoy! -tblah

    New BATs Coming Soon Its been a while since I last made a BAT or released one (for that matter) and over the past 9 months I have been tinkering with gmax and learning how to better use it. The new BATs i am going to be releasing are going to be based off of real buildings. The first one: The Glass Menage Pictures of the new BAT are coming soon.
