Infiniti is the upscale brand that Nissan uses in some markets, primarily North America, China, Taiwan, and the Middle East. This dealer is basically a reworked version of my Nissan dealer, due to the brand similarities. The plop is a 5x4, while the grow is a 4x3 CS$$ Stage 2. I did a "field" theme for the names. Saab is a lot like SimCity. The brands may be a zombie version (ie SimCity Buildit) of what it was back then but there are quite a few enthusiasts keeping it alive. Saab, the Swedish car brand is similar. There are still Saab dealers/former Saab dealers that do repairs and even sell pre-owned/refurbished Saabs that still exist. Taiwan has a huge Saab following, with seven dealers in that region. In Europe and Australia, there are countless Saab outposts, and in America there is still a major network of enthusiasts working on, repairing, and selling Saabs. In Portland, Oregon, "Garry Small Saab" is still selling and repairing Swedish vehicles. There is a plop 5x4 and the grow versions are Stage 2 4x2. Quite a few new props are included as well. Toyota is the largest automaker in the world, therefore, here is a giant dealer pack for them. This is based more on an international layout of their dealers, which uses more pointed lines versus American versions (made by @mikeseith), which use more curved architecture. I find that variety is the spice of life though and use both in my regions. The dealers basically double as a prop pack with about 500 new Toyota car props that are shown especially on the plop lots. Like my other dealers, I did a car meetup scene of Toyotas of recent vintage for the plop lot, and it includes models from 1970s on to the modern day. They will be moved to Mega Prop Pack 5 in the future, but for now they are here. Growable 6x4 CS$$1 in addition to the 8x8 plop. Mini Cooper Dealership, by Mattb325. --------------------------------------- The new Mini Cooper dealerships certainly are eye-catching. Clad in dark Aluminium Composite Material panelling punctuated with brushed steel window frames and coloured, plastic-coated display boxes drawing the eye to the oh-so-trendy cars within. The showrooms are soaring internal spaces (quite the opposite of the car!) often extending three or four floors. These large showrooms really are designed to be signature spaces for urban environments. But work equally well out in suburbia. This lot is offered as a 6x4 and 6x6 high-wealth C$$$ lot. The design is very similar the world over - an Audi Dealership that adheres to the 'Audi Terminal' standard will roughly look the same regardless of whether it is in Sydney, Orlando, London or Mumbai. Luxury Car Dealership, by Mattb325. I always quite liked the Maxis luxury car dealership, but at just 15 jobs was just too small to offer any real benefits for city growth. Additionally in real life, over the last few years car sales show rooms have moved away from the basic lot, to quite elaborate and funky purpose built show rooms and dealerships. I originally made this BAT for my own use as a generic low-growth stage filler lot suitable for suburban high streets and other main thoroughfares where some high wealth CS jobs are needed. It has a striking modern design, and features a curved glass wall double-height show room fronting the street. Like almost every car dealership I have ever seen (even in cooler climates), it even has the obligatory palm trees as part of the lot This lot provides 58 CS$$$ jobs. This lot is a 4x4 corner lot and grows freely (without being weedy). Use the control key while zoning to assist in getting the 4x4 size. An additional benefit of having a 4x4 lot is that as your city grows, its footprint can easily upgrade. The Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep Dealership and Automata the zip file includes 2 install programs. 1 is the main files and the other includes needed textures and family props. This dealership has family props for the lot cars for less repetition. These vehicles (automata) act like their Maxis counterparts in game. New Renault dealerships for your cities These new dealerships are ploppable and growable... please place all files into the game's Plugins folder. These dealerships are unlike any of my others... they all spawn Renault vehicles. The ploppable dealerships also send out a bunch of Renault when you plop them (think of it as a grand opening sale). I'd like to thank Swamper77 and all of the BSC for helping me with recent efforts. Without Swamper77's help with LUA files, this would be a much more boring BAT. Although I am not a fan of dependencies, this file has one right here: European cars new instances It is very important to have this in order to spawn the vehicles. -

The zip contains 90 files so do not be alarmed. Most of the files are for the props and need to be installed. There are 4 files containing the growable lots and they are all named CS$$1_2x3Park Honda1_ef6c5c3a CS$$1_3x3Park Honda 2_2f6c5e3e CS$$1_3x3Park Honda 4_ef6c6dce CS$$1_3x4Park Honda 3_ef6c6a97 And there is one landmark lot named LM5x4_Honda Dealership Large_cf6c03a4 You can put either the growable or the landmark lots in your Plugins folder, or you can put both types in. I used the 3d models of all of the Honda automata that has been uploaded by me at Simtropolis in the dealership so the cars on the lot match my Honda automata exactly. Dialup users beware.
