Hi, community! I have good news and bad news. The good news is there are 13 more buildings confirmed to be released. The bad news is after releasing Golden Business Center, there will be no more buildings will be released publicly. This means Golden Business Center is the last BAT that will be released on Simtropolis, which also means this may be the last progress update on this thread. Let's see things optimistically, there still have 38 BATs to go. Please enjoy it.

Well. Baiyun Hotel is currently not in my list, but I completed the Crowne Plaza which is next to the building you mentioned. Right at this moment. I am not considering BAT the building that is not on my list, just the purpose of not being so greedy. By the way, My list may contain some veranda and I already completed them, It is just a matter of when will I be able to release them. Apologize, I can't read your comments immediately. Because I am really busy with real life stuff.

@Golan0 Woo! I think it is too easy for you. Next time it would be that easy. Month progress: Do you guess want per project update or per 10 project update or per month update? I am fine with all these options. (except in some unexpected scenarios) Also, the bad news is there are 22 BATs before these need to render the MaxisNite Version which will take a lot of time before it is ready to release.

... Actually. I labeled it "Guangdong International Hotel". tbh, I didn't know this building exist until I found it in “China's 20-century architecture heritage”(Chinese: 中国20世纪建筑遗产) listed by Chinese government. Also, my relative from Guangzhou doesn't even know this building exists until I name it to them.

Oh my...80 mb Before you send your model to me. Please, send a rendered picture with texture so that I can texture the model after importing to 3ds max. (Sending the model by messaging me personally) -

You can send the blender or FBX file to me. I can try to export it. (I personally recommend sending the FBX file. That way the file contains the texture mapping)
