    I've got to be honest. I have absolutely zero interest in this app. I don't use my smartphone often, and it'll take more than an app that allows you to add speech bubbles to an image to change that.

    I wish I could play that game. It looks very complicated though, lot of ingame mechanics, kind of like Civ or Europa Universalis. And the fact that it's only in Japanese doesn't help. However can you construct buildings to improve your economy for example, I do prefer games where there's some kind of mechanic where improving your economy is important.
