The building looks great, just like the original! The green texture does however does not follow the quality standard of the rest of your building, it looks like a poor old low-quality UVW stretched JPEG than actual greenery. I checked Google Earth and it seems that it is really no lawn on the roof, just bushes and brown soil (BTW they have updated the Berlin photos on Google Earth recently and they are REALLY good now). I guess it would be easy to model those bushes, just boxes, cones and a good texture would make them.

I made this BAT not really because this building was the most beautiful I could thougt of, but because my sims nag me all the time about more office jobs. I hope they will calm down a little now... The original building stands on Berliner Strasse (I think) in Hamburg, not very far from the railway station. I do not have much more info I am afraid, I just took some random pics of it from the bus window once... In the game this is a CO$$ building providing 394 jobs. The stats for this building is identical to the same sized original Maxis building Hiatt Architects. Please note that this building will only grow on 2 x 3 tiles lots on right street corners like in the pic. There is also an eyecandy version found in the landmarks menu. There are no dependencies. Enjoy! -

Wonderful city, I like the closeups. Sitting and watching the ordinary street life in zoom 5 is the best thing!

Another beauty for Your R$ sims! This is an old and decayed building, a hundred years ago the burgeoise sat and zipped champagne on those balconies. But nowdays you mostly see pigeons there while your low wealth sims work their long factory shifts. The building name is taken from Bernauer Strasse in Berlin, once one of the border streets between East and West Berlin This building hosts 264 low wealth sims on 1x3 or 1x4 lots. There is also a 1x3 eyecandy version, found in the landmarks menu. There are no dependencies. Enjoy! -

Do Your sims need an after work beer in a cheap and dirty place with one or another occational rat in the corners? Look no further than here! This is the Bunte Kuh, located on the corner of Grosse Freiheit and Paul-Roosen-Strasse in Hamburg, serving the neighbourhood with bottled Astra beer for one euro each (cheap). Well or it actually was. The place was closed down on the 31/12/2005, but now it is re-created in its full glory for SimCity! You might wonder why I cose to bat this crappy thing. Well I have actually been living in this building a few times when I visited Hamburg. I stayed in the corner room room on the 1st floor (you see where the lights are on in the night pic), right over the jukebox in Bunte Kuh. The favourite song in that jukebox was Nancy Sinatra’s “These Boots Are Made For Walkin”. The bar did not close until the last winos went home at around 5.30 in the morning so earplugs were quite handy. In SimCity this is a CS$ building providing 45 jobs. There is also an eyecandy version, found in the landmarks menu. There are no dependencies. Enjoy! -
