This is the second Gründerzeit style corner house. I had to use some artistic licence on this model, because the original lot is triangular, and has no real backyard. So I looked at a few houses in the area and based the back walls on those. The house is located in the Hamburg-Neustadt, no surprises there, is not as tall as Pastorenstraße 12, so should be less obstrusive in your W2W neighbourhoods. The building stands on the corner of Martin-Luther-Strasse and Pastorenstraße, near the Michel.
