    You'll need the extra cheats dll to find it...you have to look for it in the buildingplop menu in the 'J' section...

    Great Building! I'm a malaysian and I've been to the building (but only on the bottom base of the mall tho on the ground level LOL) but it san awesome building...but just 1 big thing tht could really be a great big work on, tht its obvious that it would be the base..but hey! I can't do any better so a 10 for the towers and maybe a 9 for the base..

    I myself..want too go to Taiwan sometime...its where all my favorite Asian pop stars pretty much come from! but for some reason to me i find the tower a bit too short for my city skyline (Prob cause i plopped to much skyscrapers round it) but i find the building a bit lifeless at night tho... but still it's a great BAT and even I couldn't do better, so yes Great Job! so 10/10!

    I actually had the same problem...but it is much worse for me...when i built residential usually most of the zones have come up with the zot, and sometimes the building eventually built but they often later come up with no job zots even though they use routes that go to jobs exactly right next to them...But im suspecting it is a bug from probably one of my plugins or something cause i have quite a few plugins (around 311MB) and the game runs quite slow a fair but.
