I don't use Blender, but sometimes models made in 3ds Max suffer from that too. It can be flipped faces. Try flipping all polys.

It's a game engine black magic, you should learn some spells. Anyway, on a serious note. There is _c texture (color mask): full white area is colorable part, full black area is not colorable. Color mask just paints a color (set in game) over your diffuse texture (_d) so areas you want to paint leave in white color in diffuse texture, or gray.

KI only drives 1 lane on 4-6 lane roads!?
pauliaxz replied to OwiHH's topic in Cities: Skylines General Discussion
Can you explain btw, what "KI" means? I know it's called AI - artificial intelligence. Back to topic, using Traffic Manager: President Edition it solves this issue using that advanced AI option. I never suffered from this issue again since the use of TM:PE. -

How long does a city map take to load?
pauliaxz replied to Fearlessmayor's topic in Cities: Skylines General Discussion
Currently for me it never loads. Always crashing at 99% loading process no matter if I load a save or start a new game. Last times when it worked load times were around 18-20 minutes with ~1000 mods in total. While using --noWorkshop it takes 2-3 mins. I have 6GB RAM, i3-2100 CPU, GeForce GTX 550Ti GPU, no SSD at all. -
Cities: Skylines - Community Modding Requests
pauliaxz replied to Cyclone Boom's topic in Cities: Skylines Modding - Open Discussion
Hello all, A modder requests a mod ;). I want to be able to assign car assets to citizen wealth level. I got pissed of luxury cars being used by uneducated cims and vica versa for highly educated cims. I have subscribed to over 50 passenger car mods so this would really come in handy. I requested it some time ago on Paradox forums, but it seems those forums are not so popular as ST forums (I haven't visited it since 2012). All details explained here in Paradox forums. -
I love communist blocks but for something from 1964 looks pretty new to me I would think it was built yesterday actually. By this I mean that the textures need refinement, you also need to add a couple of details and I would risk to say it may be a bit under-scaled.
Built in 1964, but looks good in these days, really. I know white bricks texture look to bright here, but remember it's my first work.
