SAME, WHERE IS IT???

I have a question about simply putting a mod into my game that shows a higher number.(This is for SimCity 4 Delux) I really don't want to physically increase the population of my city - I've just always had a beef with the unrealistic population graph. So i just want an eye-candy number to see for a city. Example of before: Population 100,000 Example of after: Population 500,000

File "zipextimporter.pyo", line 91, in load_module ImportError: MemoryLoadLibrary failed loading tools3D.pyd I can't seem to figure out from previous discussions what was done to fix the problem. I downloaded every single dll. file that I needed, but the same error message occured. Is it something to do with the screen resolution? In the future, I'm using Landscape Designer but SC4 TerraFormer allows me to edit regions already in my game.

I have the same issue, but I've uninstalled, re-installed WITHOUT the region transportation view and it won't go away no matter what I do.

I need to get rid of the NAM transportation map view it's annoying how if the cities aren't perfectly connected by road/rail systems the cities have different color roadways. I uninstalled NAM and the transportation map is still there! I need to know how to return to the Maxis transportation view.

I just installed the EP1 update to get nightlights, but now the graphics are so high i can't even move in the game, and the nightlights still aren't working! I do have the Simfox darknite mode, but it didn't make a difference in the lights, help!

I'm having a similar issue, Mapper runs on my computer (windows 7) but I can't find the terraformer program files, I've downloaded and installed DirectX but I can't find that anywhere either.

I found the solution, a simple cleaning of the disc with soap and water has resolved the problem.

I do habitually put the game on tab, but never while the game is saving. My game is on a Windows 7 Dell Latitude E6400. And I can still access my cities, but sometimes I can't see them in Region view. And yes, I do know that leaving the game while a save is in progress causes the city to disappear and I don't do that. But this happens every time I exit a city, and every region in my game is behaving like this. But it's not just one, it's multiple ones, and like i said, there are also holes where unaltered squares just simply disappear leaving only the blue grid background with nothing to select.

This is SC4 Deluxe I'm dealing with, but I've never had trouble with this before. And every time I restart the game, the cities that are gone change up.

Help! I just loaded a region in Simcity4 and a bunch of cities where missing! When I click on them the terraforming and cities are still there, but I can't see them in Region view! Plus some cities are completely gone with big holes in the map help!

I have been having my game crash when I start using it after five seconds, I think it might have something to do with all the plugins I've put in but I don't want to get rid of any, I've tried setting the affinity but that isn't really working, Any suggestions?
