Hi all I've been, for the past few weeks, messing around with jobs multiplier mods. I started with industry doubler by @Bones1 specially for the farm jobs, which seemed to be working. However decided to expand to the other industrial types and noticed that while the mod was in effect with its double resource use, it wasnt providing the jobs increase. I tried to install the Industry Quadraluper by @toroca which seems to no be working at all. I went back to the Doubler and confirmed that for sure it is not working. I loaded my citys and saved them, but to no avail. Thank you in advance

Asking this since I want to make demographically realistic cities. I used Residential Halver for a more realistic population density on a new region for the first time today and I was happy to see that I could easily fill a 4x4 tile with low density residential zones with plenty of demand to spare and with little use of agricultural zoning as there was no more demand when I had about 10k residents who were mostly low wealth and little low density commercial zoning. The tile I'm currently working on at the moment looks something like 75% low density res, 10% low density com, and 15% agriculture more or less. At around 30k in I had enough $$ and $$$ population for dirty to high-tech industry to build up, but I ended the game just as they started developing since I uninstalled IRM incorrectly (didn't put the .dat file in a folder) and found dirty industry in high density. It was also at this time that I figured that it was a great time to research if I had to get the Industry Quadrupler, which T Wrecks recommends, or the Industry Doubler. I've been using the Industry Doubler a few months or so after I started playing SC4 in 2017. However, I've still been sprawling hard on industry with it to the point where I had this one main tile on a region I played on for a week recently where the areas being zoned industrial were more than the areas being zoned residential. The Industry Quadrupler feels like cheating to some, so I hope that Residential Halver + Industry Doubler isn't that different from having the Quadrupler and no Residential Halver mod with regards to realism (with the exception perhaps of the power and water consumption). I am willing to try it if it ends up being better for what I'm trying to achieve though All suggestions are welcomed and appreciated

Hi, totally new to SC4 . I’ve done a bit of research and the industry doubler seems pretty ace. However I’m not having any luck in implementing the file into the SC4 file. It’s there, but it’s not actually changing anything. Can anyone offer some advice on this please? many thanks

I have a question about simply putting a mod into my game that shows a higher number.(This is for SimCity 4 Delux) I really don't want to physically increase the population of my city - I've just always had a beef with the unrealistic population graph. So i just want an eye-candy number to see for a city. Example of before: Population 100,000 Example of after: Population 500,000

I've recently installed the SPAM/SPAR mods for more realistic rural settings. In the documentation it suggests removing any I-R Job Multipliers. This makes sense regarding the farm zone doubler .dat file. However, if someone was mixing outlying rural areas (using SPAM) with the development of moderately sized cities (40.000 or so pop.) in the same region, wouldn't it make sense to keep the I-R Job multiplier .dat files that are specifically applicable to Hi-Tech and Dirty Industry? On a side note... Can anyone provide me with a direct link to the SPIC mod files that might be located in another location other than SimPeg since that site has ceased operation, or would it be better to just use SG's Irrigation Ditch files (which I already have) with SPAM
