Hello this is my 2nd question. How do I increase the demand for High Tech Industry? I manage to had a high education, had 4 neighbors... I also tried to lower the taxes, but the demand is too low. Is something i need to do something?

@dietercl: Thanks for the info... It's a little too long for me to read it all. But I had too many SMART sims. Thanks to the "Internet Library" structure I download.

I have no idea where to put this so I post here... Anyways I manage to download interesting BAT files seems thare might prove useful. But After testing them... Some of those are just empty lots... Such as this:

The BAT file was "DEDWD Indoor Sports Centre v2" I tried to look for the dependency file... But it says It doesn't exist...

This means you need to download the dependency files that are required for the lot to appear as intended. Check the download instructions or a readme file for what other items may be needed.
