Well my last map seemed to be appreciated and there was a request from Animaniacs for a map based on Luffy's Flag ... I have no idea who Luffy was but a quick google turned him up. I needed another project to practise my GIMP greyscales on and I wanted a map that was going to be nice and geometric. I aslo wanted something to practise plopping all those wonderful Peg ocean lots on. Luffy seemed to be exactly what I needed so... here it is.
