And he was right BUT what kind of building was that? Really cheap, very healthy and had only positive effects. Because I didn't want to "cheat" my problems away that way (sorry torresprei) I changed the lot a bit. What we now have is a more or less realistic building (if you are ok with the small size of 3x2) for a good price.
