    each and every time i download anything from simtropolis stex exchange the speed of download is very VERY slow i get about 3.0 kb/s if im lucky its usually a few hundred bytes a second. when i download anything from other sites its way faster ( 110 kbs). i use google chrome (this is probably why rite?) verizon dsl is this supposed to happen?

  6. i already did thats i got the hsr rail pieces
  7. nevermind i got it fixed but once i overlap the rail peices simcity 4 crashes...
