This determines the size of the cities on the map. Red is small city tile, green is medium city tile and blue is large city tile. You can paint this file with MS Paint according to your needs, but remember that the existing cites WILL be destroyed. They were .png in the first place. I uploaded them using IMgShack and took out the code. Will get to it sometime in the near future. I'm plannign out the design of Semperia.
