I really get a kick out of seeing my work in your airports, guys! Really glad you're enjoying the MMPs, there are more of those coming out soon too! Great airports, Frdm920 and TedinkusT, and very nicely taken pictures. Bravo.

OK, well, maybe if you ever get a chance, you could take some pictures of that US Airways hangar? That would really, really help me to BAT it accurately. Trying to work off Google Street View is quite difficult. Right now I'm BATting a hangar of Virgin Blue Airlines (the Australian-based carrier), at Brisbane airport.

Created by fafalone (now absent), uploaded on behalf by joelyboy911 as SCAG Team leader. Lot Description: The Taxiway Marking Improvement Pack (TMIP) is designed to complement RMIP2 and greatly expand what is possible to do with the pavement for in-game airports. There are 114 different lots- 57 for both the light and dark taxiway pavement styles, divided into lead-out line expanders and taxiway expanders. Familiarity with RMIP2 SAE is essential to get the most from this. UDI enabled. Dependencies AC MEGA Textures Vol01 AC MEGA Props Vol02 Credits Project lead, overlay textures, lots, and modding by fafalone. Thanks to the whole SCAG Team. Thanks to Voltaire and the Aerospace Consortium for their wonderful RMIP packages, which inspired this project and provided the base textures, a few overlays included to avoid excessive scrolling, and that nifty placement helper prop. -

This prop pack contains four props. They are hangars derived from my Air New Zealand Engineering Centre and Air New Zealand Link Maintenance Hangars. They have been internationalised, with the removal of all Air New Zealand branding. The pack includes the Large Hangar (doors closed, and doors open), as well as the Small Hangar (doors closed, and doors open). The doors open models use hollowed out LOD shells, meaning that it is possible to place BATted planes (or Automata, if you are so inclined) inside the hangar, without causing interference. The large hangar will accept any aircraft up to the AC Team 747, and the small hangar will accept SCAG Turboprops and AC Team CRJ's (the non-jetway models found in AC Aircraft Prop Packs). They are not lotted, this pack includes props only. If someone wants to lot these for release, please contact me. Dependencies: None. Credits: Many thanks to adroman, the whole SCAG Team, RippleJet, xxdita, and you - the adoring public. Disclaimer: This pack includes four hangar building props only. Stairs and planes not included. -
I don't know about the terminals (and it's Joel, by the way - no harm done), but a US Airways hangar is certainly something I can look at. Do you know the one in Philadelphia? Also, I'm about to release a prop pack of hangars - derived from the hangars I showed in my earlier post - but without any Air New Zealand signs, they are set up so that planes can be put inside of the hangar, which you could use with US Airways planes to build your US Airways maintenance area.

Thanks. I feel bad when I've been teasing for so long and things are taking so long to get released. Please bear with me.

Thanks guys. I'm trying my best to get the content out onto the exchanges ASAP. The approval process on SC4D is slowing me up at the moment (I have a backlog of mostly-completed projects actually), but I'll have A300 Jetways, Dash-8 Turboprops lots, A310 Mayor-Mode Plops, A330-200 Mayor-Mode Plops, the new small hangar and the non-branded hangars out soon. Get ready for an explosion of content. (caveat empdor - it's not entirely inside my control) I might think about jumping some of the things onto the STEX before they're approved on the SC4D LEX - perhaps the generic hangars would be a good candidate for that, I know they're quite well in-demand. As always, if there's something you want to see, you can post in our request threads on SC4D, or send me a PM here, or post in this thread.

This is another section of my test airport, showing some in-development content, as well as a bit of stuff you may already know. The small Air New Zealand Hangar and the Airbus A330-200 MMP are in beta-testing now, and the Air Post depot will be "internationalised" (I'll remove New Zealand Post titles, so it's more generic), then the lot will be finalised. Overview of the Air New Zealand maintenance hangars (British Aerospace BAe-146-300, Boeing 777-200ER, Airbus A330-203) Night-time outside the small hangar (Bombardier Q300/Dash-8-300) Air Post centre (Fokker F27-500, Fairchild Metro III) Night-time outside the post depot.

I find this intriguing but somewhat abhorrent. SimCity isn't a sadistic killing game (unless you like using the disasters a lot, in which I suggest you seek psychological help). The lot itsself looks alright, but the idea is fundamentally flawed. You're trying to be different and individual, which I respect, but this is the wrong way to go about it. I will abstain from rating.

This package is identical to the earlier uploaded one. It simply does away with the installer and has instead a simple .zip, for the convenience of Mac users and anyone else who prefers it this way. This package contains Mayor-mode ploppables (flora menu) Airbus A300 aircraft, as well as Lot Editor props of the same models. You can use the MMP on RMIP taxiways, runways as well as most other airport surfaces. The MMPs are plopped using the multi-click method, meaning that clicking repeatedly in one spot will give you a different livery in each click. Once you have clicked through all the available liveries in one of the two click-chains, a blank model will appear, meaning that if you make a mistake in plopping the planes, you can clear the area without bulldozing the whole lot. The planes will not always appear on the desired rotation. At times they will be perpendicular to the direction of the taxiway. If you want to be precise in placing the planes, please take advantage of the included props, that can be added to a lot in Lot Editor. Lots with jetways and ground-servicing equipment will be available soon. -

This building is based on the large Air New Zealand Engineering Services hangar at Auckland Airport in Auckland, New Zealand. In real life the hangar is used for servicing of Air New Zealand's Boeing long-haul jets such as the 777 and 747. In the game, it is a ploppable I-HT lot, found at the top of the Airport Menu. The lot is set up so that a plane (Boeing 777) is showing in the hangar during the day, but at night the workers go home and shut-up shop. As this lot has I-HT jobs, it requires road access. An EyeCandy lot is also included. This lot has the doors of the hangar always shut and it does not require road access. NB - The set up of the timed props on the Ploppable I-HT lot means that a slight glitch occurs because the shadow of the day version remains at night. This causes a shadow from the tail of the 777 to be visible despite the absence of the plane itsself. It only affects one viewing angle. Dependency: PEG CC Car Cluster Mod- 11 Comments
