    Hrm, nice and sprawly, just like the ones around where I live! My only gripe is that there are way too many streetlights. This lot would be very cool if it were transit enabled too.

    ... If you want to get complicated, that's 78 125 people per sq. km (per floor - the number is bigger if you take everyone = 858 375). Does anyone see anything wrong with that?

    It may be sooner than you think too. Just look at some nations that are rapidly becoming a large economic presence, ie: China. For a country that has 1.3 BILLION people, it would be a scary thought to imagine how long oil reserves would last considering the changing consumption rates. As it is, the amount of energy that Americans and Canadians squander in general is ridiculous. If all 6 billion people on this planet were to consume at the North American rate, we would need 3 or 4 earths in order to sustain the demand. Things really have to change fast. The harder it is to get oil, the more willing people will be to fight over it.

    ^That's true, but in general, North Americans abhor rapid change. No matter what, it's going to be a long time until people catch on to that. Everyone knows that mass transit is just one step from communism! I live in a suburb in the maritimes, and it seems like every second vehicle on the road is a bloody SUV or soccer mom van. Even changing what kind of vehicles we drive would be a huge step in the right direction for the environment and the economy alike.

    Ah, I see, I see. Would it require a lot of effort to offer a retextured version so that the roof is as good looking as the rest of the building? Just curious, because although it might be less realistic, it could appeal to more people who have the same gripe I do. :P

    In defense of alkaola, don't you guys think you're reacting a bit too harshly? He just wants to have a realistic region that's not set in the US. An American flag flying at a fast food joint in Europe would be a bit odd, no? He's not whining, nor is he being anti-American. Really, just get over it.

    This is a sweet piece of work, but it would be great to see some projects that are less focused around multinational food chains. If you have the skills to model in 3D, then wouldn't it be nice to use them to create new architectural works instead of just copying what already is? I know I would. :P

    This is great work, but my only gripe is the roof. The rusty roof junk and broken concrete look way out of place on a shiny, modern building.

    The building model itself is incredibly well done, but the lot texturing is a bit bland. I'd like to see more than just plaza tiles and a parking lot. I'll look ingame before rating though. One thing's for certain - Oneil has outdone himself this time.

    Incredible! I has been hoping for a long time that someone would make a non-Christian place of worship. Buddhist temple next, maybe?
