kababayan.. what a great CJ,, im planning to have my own version of manila but never thought of the slum areas,, wanna recreate a manila with soaring highrises.. till o found ur cj and it stuck me when i saw the slums, reality defenitely bites.. san nyo nga po pala nakuha yung slum sets???

i am having the same issues.. it wasn't my first time to use this tool.. before i was able to use it with xp sp2, no glitches at all,, i upgraded my pc and threw away my old broken hard drive.. i ddint bother making a backup on my regions cuz i hated how my cities came out then.. now this sc4mapper tool is making me crazy,, i lost hope.. i did exactly what u did mrB.. but luck is not on my side this time..
