    This is my 1st attempt to make a growable Farm lot. If you feel this is not working right please let me know so I can try to fix it. This file will contain both a plopable version and a growable version. The prop is a couch Potato Prop. You will need to download My latest texture pack for this lot to work. This Farm buidling was made by couch Potato for me when I requested it.

    at last most if not all my props all in one zip file. if I forgot a file I will update this one. this way you don't have to search all over the STEX for the props needed for my lots as I fix them up and reupload them. you will need this pack if your going to use my lots. if you use the props please do not include them with your lots rather point them to this file. Many thanks for JohnB who helped with some of the props.

    The lot is called Sues Sunflowers. This is a growable farm. Most of the props on this lot are mine. Thanks go to Couch Potato and Shmails for the props used on this lot as well as the BSC team for textures and props i was able to find all dependency's except 2 BZBURNS which is no longer available and a missing texture that I can not locate. http://roe99.weebly.com/official-maxis-download.html you will need to go to this link to get the castle ramparts lot for the fences I used.. BSC MEGA Props - MJB Vol02 by couchpotato you will also need these files for some of the props on this lot BSC MEGA Props - MJB Vol01 by couchpotato BSC MEGA Props Misc Vol02 Shmails Windmill and Obsevatory Props ok i think thats everything. The only thing I will have to do is replace the missing texture and remove the horse prop as it can not be found.. Look for Version 2 soon with the repairs mentioned.     Hello before I get much further this time around in making bats. I would like to ask how do I make sure my prop is not sitting in the air?... Ive been through some of my old files and found that a few were said not to be seated or centered right. Before I start releasing new bats I want to make sure they are working right. Here is a chicken coop I am currently working on. If I understood right in a post I read the LODs are what determins if the bat is centered correctly. Am I correct? How do I know if it is sitting on the ground and not in the air?

    Sorry guys it's been so long since my last update. Real life keeps me busy. I have been working on this bat when I can. Took some time also to learn more about doing bats. Sorry I know you guys don't like taking a photo of a screen but it's the only updated pic I have atm. I'll have a better pic next time.

    I decided I wanted to learn something new.I decided to do roof trusses and studding and floor trusses. I know you wont see all of this in the game. It will help me with doing the walls, windows, etc.

    well my first run of the buildings i ran into a bit of a size problem. and I kept resizing the buildings and it was just not coming out right. I was trying to use the maxis farm tractor and it was just as tall as the barn, so I started the buildings over again, plus I was not happy with how the farm house came out. I will post the updated house as I am working on it.

    there are two lots in this zip file 2x2 farm using textures for the field lots and 6x6 Farm using the prop for the field lots be sure to read the readme file included to grab all the dependency's needed.

    Hello guys, Sorry I have been gone so long, took some time to regroup. I have a question. How do I scale my model X axis X Y axis with out making the model taller? I am currently working on a chicken coop and I want it wider and longer not taller. I know there is a way to do it , but I can not remember how to do it.

    This is a Release of most if not all props done by myself or JohnB. Everything is in one large .dat file. Place in your plugins folder. You will need this file for all updated lots and future lots. if you downloaded the prev pack please delete it and download this one. Should I find more props done by me or johnb I will add them to this dat file. Thank you all for your years of support and kindness could not get where I am today with out your help....
