    I have an issue. I have a well established downtown area in one of my cities, but now one of my neighborhoods it rioting. I have no idea why. The only thing I have added lately is the RMIP, which was not put in this city, and I have removed it to see if that was the problem. However, it wasn't. All of the stats are good, pollution and crime are low, commutes short, land values high. The only neg. stat is the mayor rating. I really really do not want to rebuild a HUGE neighborhood (it's about 1/5 of my city!). Any ideas of what the problem is?

    Here is mine, Ritter's Point. I still have some development to do, but it is looking rather nice. This is the first CBD I have had that is post-worthy! The Hotel District is to the left next to the Arena and Stadium.

    Is there a thread somewhere that tells me what to do with downloads FROM THE VERY BEGINNING, ie, for someone who has never used any of this stuff before, ever? I downloaded a traffic control pak, extracted it into mydocs/plugins, and am now clueless about what to do next. It seesm everything I find on ST so far picks up on about step 8 or 9...
