Where can I find update 1.1.638.0 other than sc4devotion?

I am a longtime fan of SC4, however due to college I haven't been able to play in past year. I am so excited that I have time to pick up and rebuild old cities using the new feature of NAM 34 (I have 32 pre). In the process of me installing the new NAM, I a required to update my version of SC4 to 1.1.638.0 . Unfortunately, the link sends me to sc4devotion.com, which has been under construction for the past week. Is there any other place I can find the update so I can get back to enjoying SC4??? I am dying to use the new RHW 4s Flex fly !!!!! -

These are TRAIN MODS made by Dearnen that have been in the MODD forums for a long time. Some of the downloads have stopped working so I emailed Dearnen and got his permission to put them up here so everyone could enjoy them. With this set you get Soutern Pacific colored in its Scarlet/Grey paint scheme and Denver & Rio Grande Western in its famous Black/Yellow paint scheme. This is a must have pair for all you "ESPEE" fans out there. There are 4 locomotives in all, 2 replace the original game locomotive (YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE OF THESE AT A TIME) and then there are 2 extras that will show up at random (USE AS MANY AS YOU WANT). Read the README that comes with the download for more information. These are TRAIN MODS made by Dearnen that have been in the MODD forums for a long time. Some of the downloads have stopped working so I emailed Dearnen and got his permission to put them up here so everyone could enjoy them. With this set you get an old Class 1 Railroad the Great Northern and modern Short Lines Road the Central Oregon & Pacific. The Great Northern was know for running its HI-NOSE locomotives LONG HOOD FORWARD (Norfolk Southern used to do the same thing), that's why it looks like it is running backwards. There are 4 locomotives in all, 2 replace the original game locomotive (YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE OF THESE AT A TIME) and then there are 2 extras that will show up at random (USE AS MANY AS YOU WANT). Read the README that comes with the download for more information.
