10/10 looks great! Anyone think I should change the colour gradient, or just keep it the way it is?

7/10 Looks like a Japanese DVD case. The quality is a bit low and it looks too scrunched.

4/10 I still don't really like it. New signature guys! I think the text colour clashes with the signature image, so do you guys have any suggestions for a new colour gradient?

Try looking at buildings in Old Sacramento for examples. I remember that one looking really nice. I'll ask my grandma if she has any pictures, or if she can take some pictures next time she goes downtown.

I normally have a bowl of Frosted Flakes or Honey Bunches of Oats for breakfast, with a bottle of Kirkland Signature Drinking Water. ^lol. I'm actually planning on starting more of a Country Journal, in which there will be a ton of countries politiking and the like. I was planning on getting my cities a bit more built up, but at the rate I'm going (and at the rate SimCity plays), it won't reach an acceptable level anytime soon. So, I'll release one in about mid-July. As for flooding, there's a lot of drains.
