  1. PEG Screw Pile Lighthouses

    Makes me homesick. 10/10
  2. Devs Billboard Collection Volume 2

Oh, sometimes I wish billboards would just grow occasionally. 1 job, CS$ (the sign painter) if you put a parking lot under it, it could be taxable, and employ an attendant. I see them like this often.
  3. Devs Billboard Collection Volume 2

The content reminds me of the billboards around Charleston, WV... I like the idea. My personal preference leans towards MORE variety... wish there was a quick way to add images for the billboards. What's here is good enough for now. 7/10
  4. Kellys Escort Service

FYI Simcity's appeal stems from it's realism. The problem with perfect utopian cities is that they aren't real. How many types of CS$ jobs are there anyway? When you get that low, you're bound to get a little dirty.
  5. Kellys Escort Service

I enjoy the exploitative lots. No city is perfect & you know what part of town your in when you see them. In the spirit of my current residence, Lexington, KY, I enjoy bulldozing them as soon as I catch them popping up. Let's you know what part of town you're neglecting right away.
  6. Metamorphoses Mutual

Good design, it's nice to see something that doesn't cozy up parallel to the street.
  7. zhonghua zutao China Cityblock Pack

I've never understood why the only building styles available are Chicago, New York, Houston and Europe. Why not a Chinese group? Or a Middle Eastern or African group? One thumb for filling the gap, and another for doing it so well!
  8. Suburban Mall

Every now and then I see something here that just amazes me... It doesn't have to be cool, or fancy, just an honest attention to detail and the feeling of a real building. The only draw back to this, is that it's going to put everything that grows near it to shame.
  9. Olympus Mons

Very unique looking... After a while most maps start looking the same... this one jumped out right away!
  10. Stupid Question 2: What are stages?

Here's an even more stupid question with regard to stages: How do you know what stage your city is in. I don't suppose there is any indicator hiding somewhere that says this city is at stage 5 or that city is at stage 3? If I go by building height alone, my cities are not producing buildings which claim to be stage 6 or 7 or 8. Yet, I can easily produce a population of 300,000 sims in each city. The R,CS,CO and I levels are all above the stage 8 limits I've seen posted here... So why don't a have massive skyscrapers I'm guessing that my dilemma is related to caps for wealth level and density? Unfortunately, I have a hard time interpretting the meaning of the cap levels given by the game. Anyone care to explain the percentages and the demand cap numbers for different wealths and densities?
  11. Parks with Jobs

Good idea... someone has to take care of these parks! and you can rent a field for a fee in most cities.
  12. Barnes Noble Booksellers

Love all the RL chain stores!! Any Chance the book stores could effect or respond to the city's education quotient? Most of the big book stores I've been to have a sort of library effect. (Just a thought)
  13. Microwave Rectenna Plant by SOMY

Fantastic! All of SOMY's models are simply breath-taking. Exactly the kind of gutsy architecture I was looking for in my cities. I'll be replacing SOMY's lots with these as soon as you have them to download. 10/10
  14. NexisPeanutCorpOffice

Mmmmm, bundled tube construction. Nice. I'm sure the plop cost is the product of competitive bidding. :)
  15. Factory rave party

So the party ends at 3AM and no cops showed up??? Jeez! Great Concept. I love the distant thump of the bass bins as you pass by it... what track is that anyway? Oh yeah, some colored lights might be more realistic than the spot lights...If possible it should generate trash nearby, Ravers litter.
