Metamorphoses Mutual is a medium-wealth commercial services building, designed with an eye to bringing the outdoors in. Wrap-around glass, open-plan office space, and terraces on each floor mean that no employee feels claustrophobic or cut-off from the outdoors while at work.
This is a CS$$ Stage 2 building on a 3x3 lot. An effort has been made to ensure all statistics are in line with the relevant class of original Maxis buildings.
