Thanks! A lot of nice work here. Only one suggestion: If you make a TE-enabled lot, you should use the NAM values for the capacity and Transit-switch cost, mostly due to the station capacity bug that causes stations to stop functioning past 400% capacity (a potential problem for transit-enabled lots). I can modify this value myself, but that's what I would recommend for future stations, even if the NAM recommendations seem a bit high--though most of this is in response to the fact that station service doesn't decrease at all with increased capacity until it stops working. Anyways, my $0.02. Otherwise a lovely lot, perfect for my suburban uses, and a welcome addition to my cities. Thanks again!

Great work! Best mod for the game, if I do say so myself... That pic with the Chirpy Krisps cereal on the table, is pure genius.

Looks good !! A nice addition to my US cargo train set. An Amtrak train set would be awesome too...

I live in a town where this exact train runs- a half block from the tracks to be exact. This is really awesome.

Super work JP! I love all the modeled details and the great textures. You really manage to give this steel and glass skyscraper a unique character and it will be a great addition our SC4 creations. Thanks for sharing!

Wonderful Seraf! I'm happy to see you do something a bit outside your comfort zone as it just proves how masterful you are with 3D modeling. The overall details are impressive, but the fact that you modeled some interior furniture just shows how dedicated you are to creating something of the highest quality. Well done, and I can't wait to see some of the other projects you have waiting in the pipeline.

Let me be the first to say that this looks awesome! The furnished interior creates a very nice night scene. It was a fun project to follow and I applaud the choice of creating a building that helps add some more diversity to the too-small selection of midrises out there.

Nice to see SC4 is still attractive enough that people keep making buildings. Not you first upload, BAT thread would be in order here. The main issue this building doesn't look as good as it could might be the facade material. The building was built in the 1930s I guess and looking at RL pictures it's clearly visible it has an Art-Deco design. Therefore, your building looks too modern, possibly built in the late 1960s-1970s. I'd strongly advise you to open your BAT thread, tell people which programme you use and show your settings, especially concerning the textures. Take the time you need, if the building will look better people will appreciate that and be patient. However, although too simple for a recreation, I'm going for 4 stars as it perfectly fits the old-school Maxis building style.

Hi Simgoober, Have you actually returned? In that case: welcome back! Some of us still keep the shop open, as you might have seen already.

I've been using the cheat menu for years. I can tell you now, mineputsirsk's review is wrong. It works great. He/she must have installed it wrong and before troubleshooting, took immediately to a negative review. Anyone else who uses this cheat menu would give it 5-stars, easily. It's the most helpful menu there is! Open the cheat menu, then right-click on the box and voila!, every cheat in the game is listed for you to choose from. Never had a problem installing it or using it. Totally worth downloading and using!
