Sights From Oceania
Our tour of the continents continues today with a trip to Oceania. This vast geographic region located primarily in the Southern Hemisphere includes Australia, New Zealand, and almost all of the islands located in the central Pacific Ocean - and is also home to some of the world's most beautiful wonders. From the pristine atolls and islands of the Pacific, to the rugged interior of Australia, and even including some of the world's most impressive mountains in New Zealand (and so much more) - the sheer diversity and beauty of these landscapes will take your breath away.
We'll begin with a look at Palau's stunning rock islands - one of Oceania's most unique wonders.
One of Tonga's many pristine atolls viewed from above.
A closeup view of Easter Island's mysterious Moai.
A view from Rotorua, New Zealand - where ongoing thermal activity results in massive erupting geysers like Pohutu.
Another one of New Zealand's most impressive sights from above - the beautiful Sutherland Falls & Lake Quill, located in Fjordland National Park.
Camel riding across Australia's vast Simpson Desert.
A plane ride over Australia's famous Great Barrier Reef.
