I'm 47. Live in Akron, Ohio. Rubber Capital of the World at one time. Now all we have is the Home Offices. Rather have them then the smoke stacks that in winter gave us Black Snow. I've lived in all 50 States (Military Brat) 25 of them twice and 1 three times. I've traveled to Mexico, Greece, Italy, France, England, Scottland, Ireland and Germany and last year I added Canada (The grass is greener on the other side). I'm single. (Divorced 3 times so I gave up on the marriage thing). Currently employed with LOWES (Home Improvement Warehouse #2 with Home Depot being #1) I'm a Assistant Department Manager (Team Leader) in the Millwork Department.

I got hooked on SimCity from the very 1st game and play an average of 50 hours a week (if I don't go to the gym or anything else important). I also have the SIMS but haven't played them in months.

I've been interested in doing a city journal except I get bored with my cities and destroy them frequently. Hell hath no furry as a Bear upset.

WOW, all different kinds of people from everywhere. That is sooo kool. Well, y'all wanna know about me? *big breath*

My name is De Ona Charamut, everyone @ home calls me Harley or on SimTrop everyone calls me Chara. I'm 27 years old, married and I currently reside in Sumter (((middle of no where))) South Carolina. I'm a military spouse with a wonderful husband, SSGT Mr. Charamut, (LOL) and a step-son who is 4 years old. OHHH and lets not forget Cleo Townsend Charamut, my doggie. I got her middle name from playing Sim City. Can you tell I'm addicted?

I'm from Florida, USA but lived in Oklahoma for about 6 years. I was born in Ft.Wayne Indiana, and right now I'm not working due to a back injury but I'm trying to get back into school full time to go and be a teacher and work with handicapped children. hobbies include writing song lyrics, massive poetry, SINGING, and horseback riding. Music is a big part of my life so I hope to get a demo done here real soon and hopefully land a record deal. My goal is to have a deal in about 5 years.
I've been thru the world of hard knocks but I'm a very outgoing, sweet, and honest person who would do really anything for anybody. Glad to see everyone from all over the world pretty much! Pretty kool thread also, this one might go a long ways.

Well, that's me............hope I didn't bore y'all to death to much.

I live in the city of Bremerhaven in Germany, which is a port city of
118,000 inhabitans. The city lies at the mouth of the Weser River to the North Sea, so you can see big ships almost every day here in the port.
I am a 24 year old college student at Bremen University, so i have to drive about one hour to get there.
The weather here is especially from October to May a bit chilly,
but therefore we can enjoy long and bright summer evenings, cause the sun sets here in June after 10 pm and even after that, it doesn't really get dark for a few weeks.
My hobbies are Gaming, playing Dart and Billiard in my favorite pub
and meteorological observations. I have an own weatherstation and
notice the readings everyday on my computer.
Oh and i forgot: My real name is George

Wow, so surprisingly many people from the Midwest. I live in Troy, MI, largest city in Oakland County, one of top 5 most prosperous areas in U.S. (sorry, just had to say that -- well the city web site does say we have a strong sense of civic pride hehe 4.gif) Anyhoo, I'm a young, naiive ninth grader with absolutely no common sense and who shuns any normality whatsoever. Fav area on ST is the Exchange, I have some interesting ideas but can't implement them for beans... welcome to Simtropolis whoever is new...

Dirk (the webmaster) is in Hamilton, Ontario (the most polluted place on earth3.gif) so most of the site is from there. But the Exchanges are in Australia I thnk, and the forums are (I think) a company from the US.

I am very good at math and so good at history it can scare you. OK, I did not really answer the question, so here goes.

I am DuskTrooper, some dude from the great USA, specifically the great state of TEXAS, in the great city of HOUSTON!
I am a student aspiring to become an architect and city planner, and am obsessed with architecture, city planning, all the details of this stuff, etc.  I am also a Building Architect Tool ( BAT ) user, and if you ever need BAt help, you can ask the rest of the BATTsquadders, or me, for help.  Detials are important, so don't skip them. Feel free to be VERY technical.18.gif

SC4, Forevermore!

Currently preoccupied with architecture school...lurking with caution.
