hi there! my name is sean and i'm from lancaster, pennsylvania (pop. in city 56,500 metro creeping up on the 500,000 mark!) it's a really boring place unless you like crime there's not too many highrises....the tallest being the 15 story griest bulding which was built around 1925. although the city is undergoing an urban renewal and we're about to get a brand new minor league stadium and a convention center with a 14 story hotel! go a 1/2 hour NW and you're in our state capitol city of harrisburg an 1 hour drive east....traffic pending you will be in the city of brotherly love....philadelphia the second largest city on the east coast and the largest in PA. lancaster is famous for the pennsylvania dutch...or better known as the amish. anyways i'm 25 been married to the most wonderful girl for almost a year now
i have 3 jobs....the first i am a delivery driver in the city. it sucks BIG TIME!! the second is i'm in the u.s. army reserve i drive trucks and my rank is sgt. i did 3 years active duty as an M1A1 tank crewman....i was surprised to see M1's in SC4!!! and lastly i volunteer attendant for a ambulance company...this one i am gonna go to school for and make a career out of it!!
i got hooked on SC when it came out for the SNES way back in the day! i love each and every one that has came out!

Greetings. Im from Springfield, MA, and im 18 years old. I work at the Big Y grocery store in the produce department (not a life long job, im just here to get some money for college). Im not the biggest fan of video games (i only have like 10). But im a huge fan of racing games and simulation games. SimCity is definatly my fav game out of all of all other games I have played. Well, first, I want to say that I am quite surprised, after reading this thread that there are so many older people playing this game. I dont mean in thier 80's old, but it seems as though the average person that plays SC4 is in thier mid 20's to mid 30's. I was shocked to see this, because I assumed that younger teenagers would be playing this game. I thought I was the only one my age here. I am 21, almost 22. I own my own construction business, so I get to play alot, if there isnt much work. I am married to the perfect wife, and when I'm not making money, she is. So I do have lots of time to play the game. I have no kids, yet, thank god, but in time, I suspect that will change. Then, my game time will take a big blow. I saw other posts that people thought they were crazy still playing computer games, and I get that all the time. But I dont care because if I wasnt doing this, what else would I be doing? Probably not much. Well, thats my contribution, and a little bit about me. Oh ya, I live in PA, near Pittsburgh. Thats what I try to model my cities after, but I am never too successful.
