Looking for a mod that makes the vehicles way smaller and realistic

The cars are the right size.  The problem is that Sims in SC4 are larger than real life people, so they drive bigger cars. 

 

There is no mod that will make them smaller, because anyone that makes a car mod will make it match the original car size.

Is there a way to make a residential growable a ploppable?  Its okay if I lose the sims i just want to make eye candy condo complexes around my suburbs USA style.  Thanks

 

Generally speaking, you can use the Lot Editor or PIM-X to make simple ploppables. I would not use the linked file above, as it just places all of the default Maxis buildings/lots into your landmarks menu (unlikely that you want it even more cluttered) but doesn't remove the population from the residentials (leading to abandonment). Additionally the option to plop buildings is already available if you have the extracheats.dll mod (by Buggi, on the STEX) using the code LotPlop or BuildingPlop.

 

I'm not familiar with either the LE or PIM-X (though I have both), but I do know that once you get the hang of using them, simple conversions like what you want to do become very easy and relatively fast.

Does anyone know if there's a pavement mod for one-way FAR? I hate the fact that I can't use one- way FAR in an urban environment. I tried all the ones i could find, but they only add pave,ents for the regular FAR.

RFE: Post was redundant & I'm looking for something now.

 

I'm looking for a "Castle Walls" set, I encountered way back in 2011. It had diagonal wall pieces and was gray in colour.

 

It mainly consisted of 1x1 puzzle pieces and kind of looked like this set by Kwakelaar...

 

 

...but as I said was gray in colour.

 

And it's most definitely not this set by Xannepan:

As Xannepan's set has walls that are 3 tiles long, they are essentially 1x1 but the walls on Xannepan's set have an overhang on both sides of the lots which is why they are three tiles long.

 

Also as I recall the set I am looking for was hosted on a European site.
