Some time ago (½ year) i played sims 4 deluxe and i have a mod which do that the residents, commericel and industry grown much easier, but now i can't find it. I think it's named Super demand ordinance or something like that.

PLEASE can someone tell me where I can find this overlay texture, or maybe the ID number of it.

Here is the picture, its the triangle but it doesn't cut the lot in half, it kinda does some 5/8 thing and it has like a curb around it.

North8234: I use this one. You will need to register to SimCity 4 Devotion beforehand though.

READ THE README FIRST because your game will go INSANE if you don't! Don't forget dependencies (in the readme, of course)

Hi iuri99,

I would recommend using hooha's MMP versions of CP's trees. This way you can place them wherever you want and in their autumn/fall state (they won't change to green) Give it a go.

PIease, if you can help me:  I want the tree's to put in my city, like the seasonal trees, but not seasonal just the model.

The "yellow" and "red" leaf's tree ,common in North America.

Kccl35: I really like the ones by arcecila (linky dinky). There is a different one out there too which looks more modern and a lot shorter, but I am lacking the effort to go find it

hey there... i am looking for two things actually. on the one hand i am looking for a water pump building by newman inc. that i once downloaded but due to a crash i lost all my downloads and can't find the building anymore.

the second thing i am looking for is an animated boing or airbus aircraft to see it take off and landing on the runways... similar to the default prop planes and business jets by maxis but... um... bigger... like a 747 or something... thx for any support or response... have a nice day^^

@dudkis: You can get this building at www.simcity.capitalsim.net, I would give you a direct link but this website isn't working properly this days. If you get to make it work, just search for "Endesa" in the box called "Descargas" and the building will appear.
