Hi Tyberius! Thanks for the help! Yes, you're right. I was surprised that it's Xannepans JENXPARIS Quais de Seine. I have encountered this few times before when searching for other items but kind of lazy to download it. It's really pretty!

you need only just the model files from these uploads. Since you are tend to use CAM you don't need the lot and desc files from these uploads. 
But since the immortal lot-issue haven't been solved on any of the lots (not on the original and not on the CAM lots), once it grew you will stuck with the building.

I'd read @RippleJet's Immortal Lot Syndrome thread over on Devotion long ago and I've now re-read it again. Then I grabbed both of those files from the STEX and I've tested each building/lot extensively in the game making sure to have them completely surrounded by first other grown lots and second by plops. In no case can I cause them to become immortal lots as shown in RJ's thread.

What am I missing?

Did you let them grow, or you used the building plop cheat? I think it's only occurs if they are growing. Having them by the cheat, I didn't get the ILS either. Although I can see some stuff on the lots regarding the building rectangle (specially in the case of the CAM version), which might be able to trigger the ILS when the lot is actually growing.

Basicly what happened, the Arch 1 is not centered, it's -10 meters (X) and +2 meter (y) offset from the center point. The default footprint would be 6x6, but being offset, the model would overhang on the edge of the lot (this can cause ILS for sure). So what bixel, or whoever made the CAM lots did, they changed the Occupant Size to get a smaller rectangle, then they created the lot. Now they were able to move the smaller building rectangle on the lot to the prefered position. Then they started modding the building examplar, changed back the OS to the original size and recalculate the stats for the CAM building. But it's just a theory on my part, although if you go to Maxis LE and replace the building by itself, you would get the original sized rectangle, instead of the smaller (on the CAM LOT). I think Bixel's original non-CAM lot is using a resized rectangle as well, but it wasn't changed back later, so I'm not 100% sure that the ILS would occure on the original lots too.

I try to find somebody who can test the CAM version for me with my modifications (in model tweaker I moved the model to a centered position +10 on the X and -2 on the Y axis, then I replaced the building recangle in Maxis LE by itself). If it will solve the issue, then Alex is open to reopen the locked contents after we updated them.

I first plopped both of the Landmark ones, then used the cheat to plop each the of Growables. When there was no trouble for any of those, I then modded one of the Arch 1's to grow at stage 1 and then did grow it in the game. Still no trouble at all so I wonder if the STEX versions have already been modified.

Changing the growstage, that's a good idea. Thanks. With that I can test the CAM lot as well. Cool. 

I don't think the STEX versions were modified. The STEX version and the compiled bixel mega props vol 8 contains the very same models.

Does anyone know which terrain mods Blunder is using in the screenshots for their Cascadia tree controller?

Anybody know where to find the grey warehouse building with the smoke stacks below? I found it once but I can't recall where or whats the name of it.

Does anyone know the ground textures for the Mendoza 1826 or Mendoza 1816. That's on STEX Volume 03 DVD. Mostly the asphalt textures are missing.

Don't have the DVD's so I can't say for sure - but i found a thread that indicates that these were made by Heblem/LBT - Team.

I would try the LBT texture packs that can be found either on STEX or Capital SimCity

Did you try the texture pack from Capital SimCity without the mega packs from STEX? There is a discrepancy between the packs. Explained in detail by @Tyberius06 here;

So like 99% sure I managed to fix the Immortal Lot Syndrome on the Arch 1 (CAM version) caused by the slightly off-set model and some messed up building occupant sizes. I need to make necessary changes on the original model an lot file (NON-CAM) which is here on the STEX, then after some tests, if those will be proving that my fixes are working properly on the long run, I'll ask the LEX admins to update and reopen those long locked files. 

It will take some time, since to make it sure I/we need to check the other bixel CAM lots if they suffer from the same issue. Since now I know what i need to look for it will be easier. 

BUT this doesn't mean that in the future i would be happy to go through on the god knows how many other contents with the same issues on the exchanges. I don't have capacity to that...

Although since there is some kind of larger activity recently, a collective thread for ILS lots would be great (actually there might be existing such thread, but I am not aware of it). 

Fixing these not that hard. But it requires certain moding knowladge and a kind of flexibility.

Ok, so I don't know for what reason, but currently that LBT Mendoza 1826 is STEX DVD 03 exclusive. I don't think it was planned. 
There are two dependency for that lot for sure. I checked in PIM-X. 
LBT Mega Prop Pack vol.01 (You could use in theory the prop packs from LEX, but the megaprops covers all the necessary props)
LBT Pack de Texturas 2 (the missing textures are in this pack - even if you think you already have it, just download it and install it for make it sure @MichaelJBull769)

OK, so I have this rather old  power plant lot file  which is missing some dependencies.  It's a convenient power plant to have when I'm focusing more on design and aesthetics for a given map, with it's stats it is definitely "fire and forget." and allows me to concentrate on other things.  I've been searching high and low for it, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere.  I'm posting a screen image and the associated model, lot and desc files which I do have, in hopes that someone will be able to help me get this fully functional.  Many thanks in advance!

I couldn't find it as well, neither on the STEX, nor on the LEX. But I somehow have it in my downloaded files. I'll send you a PM with the files I've got, I hope it works fine.
