However, you are missing the SHK Parking Pack, specifically the file SHK_ParkingTextures_02_Overlays_White (or Yellow), the pack includes two choices, you can install either colour. It looks like you've installed the main dependency file from that set, but forgotten/missed the overlays.

Sorry for not responding quicker. It's weird because my files said I had those. Oh well, its been fixed. So no problem now.

That's definitively an HD rendering, so it is not Maxis'. Maybe is something @nofunk hasn't released yet?

Do you have any sort of pop-up blocker or anything like that? It should open a window on your computer where you choose save-destination

Try searching for HKABT - they created a lot of tall japanese buildings.

Also simply use words like japanese , asian , hong kong , etc... as search terms in Google coupled with site:community.simtropolis.com/files/ and site:sc4devotion.com/csxlex/
